What if I do not see an action I just created?

  • Navigate to the category of that action, and click the Actions and Blocks tab. On that tab, you can search for any action within that category

I created a new action, but now I don't see it in my week

  • For actions to show up in your week, they must be planned for that week. Check your action details to make sure the action is not marked as "Select Date" or planned for a different date or week.

How do I archive a project or category?

  • Navigate to the category overview page, then click the small three dots menu in the top right hand corner. You will see an option to Archive this Category. Archiving a Category will remove all the actions and blocks from your weekly planning. An archived Category can be restored at any time.
  • A project can be archived in the same manner.

What are empty categories?

  • Empty categories are categories that you don't have any actions planned in. They are moved to a separate section so that you can focus on your weekly and daily planning without them getting in your way.
  • Empty categories become active categories as soon as you add an action to them. Even when an action is completed, the category will remain active.


How do I reorder the categories?

  • On the left side of the Weekly Capture, Weekly Plan and Daily Plan pages, there is a column of small circles representing the user's categories. By dragging them up or down, the user can choose the order that their categories will be displayed in.
    Note that both active and inactive categories are part of this list. On the Capture and Plan pages, the categories are separated into active and inactive categories, while on the Categories and Projects page, all cateogries are shown.

Why can't I save my category?

  • Name, Color, and Icon must all be selected.
